Requested sample of highway noise. Recorded in a field above a six-lane interstate highway. The recording is not as ambient as one might prefer -- taken on a windy day so actually recorded from an enclosed space above the road.

A great underwater sound effect. It is actually the sound of a Gulf ToadFish a rare fish that resembles a toad. Either way this sample is a great example of underwater acoustics.

I performed and recorded all of these samples in my studio. The complete pack. Added some stuff to make the bass more audible on small speakers.

This synth loop was designed to work together with the others in this pack at 140 bpm. 1 beat loop and 2 synth loops. Give them a try if you are experimenting with sampling, or use them in a track.

Hellohere is my first entry and a lot is waiting to come later. This sample is made with reaktor4. The ensemble i used is called ttool. Only a straight drumloop with a decent 303ish line in it. I placed region for looping and a marker for shorter loop,too. Its a simple 4x4ish beat,so u can change (sample) easy-er the way you need it. Normalised at 0,1db. Hope u like it. To bring the chorus for example. It sounds a bit electric with an sound effect made with synth. I use it all the time hehe. Made with : white noise filtered, drum layering, big plate reverb. . . Tip : it was not very processed in order to make your own process like sidechain on reverb tail, envelope. . . . Etc.

Cptnal's comment on muffwiggler was an big aha moment. He wrote "you could patch the output of one s&h into the input of the next and get yourself a 12-step shift register. " well i don't have 12 s/h. I have 10. . . I would need a lot of sequenced gates to build that shift register. . . In this patch i use 4 s/h. (s/h or s&h is sample and hold. ).

Dont ask why this is named like that lol, made using a lot of layers but the fundamental of the snare is synthesized, distorted the first miliseconds of the sample to make an snappy transient and make it cut throught the mix. For the process i used analog modelled plugins such as exciters, tube saturators, preamps, coloring eqs, and compressors alongside with some digital modelled plugins such as camelcrusher, transient shaper and sliceeq both by kilohearts, the compressor mjucjr ny klanghelm to amplify the waveform of the sample and finally a clipshifter plugin, which i love it, to limit the snare aggresively.

Remix of another sample of a honda civic car horn, beeping twice in short succession. Background noise removed. This is a clean, all dynamics present version. Relicensed to cc0 to match source sound effect by guitarguy1985.

A 16 bar drum loop made in ableton with no samples rendered at 44100khz and a bit depth of 24 with triangular dithering. The drum loop runs at 140 bpm and the buzz on the bass/kick drum isn't audible when layered with a track.
