26 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Space Rocket"

Sounds made by me, and mixed using audacity.

Created for fun to document the first test launch of the (fictional) falkon8 space rocket to take humanity to the rings of saturn. After the countdown the engines start. During liftoff, ground control engineers talk to the pilots to help keep the rocket on the right course. The launch crew and pilots are talking in a particular regional northeastern italian dialect. The mission launched from the san marco platform, italian "luigi broglio" space center. Sound of a large rocket exhaust. Synthesized using a bunch of effects on a sound of my espresso maker on a gas stove. Simulating a rocket shortly after liftoff, in the lower atmosphere. The sound is seemlessly loopable. Feel free to let me know if you find it useful. Cheers!.

I was playing around trying to create a different sound when i accidentally created this sound which reminded me of a rocket flying by. I thought it might be useful and uploaded it. I kept it a bit longer so you can edit it into a loop or fade it out to make it seem the rocket flies away =). Made with fl studio with the free firebird vst plugin.

An amplified version of thrusters_loop for a more intense effect. Has some nice rumbling and stereo sound. Created in fl studio with two white noise components, both with a low pass filter and one with an overdrive plugin. Edited in audacity.

An ambient noisy drone. Could be used for a laser, electric field, some part of a spaceship, who knows>?.

This is a countdown from 10 to 0. It was recorded using a røde nt-3 and then processed with varios effects. Good for a space or sci-fi themed piece.

I recorded some fireworks on new years day by my sony stereo dictaphone. The original recording was a wav file but i converted into mp3 file in order to save space.

I recorded my voice, layed it out on the track and increased the pitch quite drastically. I layered this with a chirp track so as to contrast the downward rhythm with an upward one. Re-mix and re-edit of various public domain/nasa recordings of the space shuttle take-off/launch. Commentary/countdown has been edited out so don't expect it to sync completely with any one film or video take of a launch.
