Recording of a glass cup being struck with a glass thermometer. I then spliced the recording into several small pieces in logic pro x and arranged them randomly, then added space designer reverb.

Below a bridge/overpass. Cars pass overhead, causing sharp thumping sounds across the stereo field that reverberate through the large concrete space below.
I recorded the sound in the studio of a sculptor yves dana. He works with large blocks of marble that he moves from one side to the other of its beautiful space.
Message 1-3 are captured by nasa, but recently even other countries have registered very strong, but short signals. The receivers are masers and the frequencies are in the higher gigahz range. Message4 was from russia.
