Captured using a zoom h6 recorder and it's msh-6 “mid-side”-capsule. Date of the recording: 30/09/2017. Cut in ocenaudio. Also removed the s-channel. It's always nice to hear what projects you use these sounds for. Let me know.

I recorded some sounds in my school with voices, then i added a percussion record and i made them repeat several times. This make a sound to show that one sound can be louder than an other and make this sound unique. When you talk to someone you heard all noises around you but you really listen to what he is telling you.

Three ceramic objects - a bowl, a bottle and a jug - clanking against each other, being handled and put down; at the end the bowl is scraped slightly and hit with a metalic object. If what you seek is not amonst these sounds but you need ceramics, consider checking out my other sounds, i have a few more pottery-clanking sounds there.

Defibrillator charging and then discharging. I created this for a video i am working on. I searched but was unable to find what i was looking for, so i created this sound using a combination of an old camera flash charging and a thump which was created by slapping a foam pad. The sounds were combined and edited using audacity. The sounds were recorded on an olympus pcs recorder.

Insects (i think mostly crickets) make this noise. It sounds so. . . Infernal!, or futuristic (electronic for sure). I recorded this (with my old zoom ii recorder) one summer night in tlacotlapan, at the southern mexican state of veracruz. All this happened for hours inside my hotel room. So you can imagine what kind of night i have. Wonderful memories.

I opened a water valve that squeeks a lot. The hose it fed lives inside a large open air garage and i sprayed the concrete with it. I did short bursts and also let it trickle out after i turned the hose off. Curious what you guys do with this sound! please comment :).

This is a wave of some sounds that remind me of what sound design for the rugrats cartoon backing music. I made the sounds using an fm synthesis patch on the ios application "addictive synth" on my ipod touch and recorded the audio within the app. No post-processing was done to the audio. My wife bought me this cool remote control helicopter for my birthday, so i recorded it flying around the room. At the very end, the blades knick the wall a couple times before it falls to the floor and stops. Attribution is not necessary, but if you use it, i'd love to hear what you did with it. A example i whipped up with fl studio 10 to give a example of what it might sound like if it did happen. I went out back to record the robin and also noticed a smaller pileated woodpecker right over on the wood pile. Listen hard and you'll hear it peck the wood. That's the first sound you hear along with the robin and my neighbors kids. Recorded on my yamaha pocketrak and edited on sony vegas with two track duplications. Giving a test of my new mono lapel mic i noticed some interference/static on the right channel - which is strange as it is mono. . . . But i thought it sounded interesting and i hope it's useful to you. Comment what you used it in below for some extra exposure for your project - but it isn't necessary. I live next to a car repair place and they have a couple of hot rods that they fire up now and then. This is a '55 chevy and to me the idle sounds like a dragon breathing. He does a couple of slight burnouts and you can hear the echo off the buildings. Recorded with my yamaha pocketrak and edited with sony vegas with one track duplication. Another recording of me walking around my neighborhood using my cane. You can hear sounds of me hitting my cane against concrete, some off-distance humming of cars or planes descending overhead, and me hitting metal objects (i forgot what they were) with my cane. Also, crunching through leaves and other tree branches.

Recorded about every sound you can get off a chinese guzheng, tuned in d pentatonic. Recorded with blue spark and blue bluebird condenser mics through a scarlett 6i6 interface. No credits necessary but i'd like to hear what you use it in!.

This is a short stab of music that i think sounds a bit like the shimmering strings often found at the edges of an elder scrolls background theme. I would try to compose more but i don't have that kind of talent of really know what i'm doing.

I recorded this in the middle of a few taverns in monastiraki - athens, greece. The recording features chattering, intense restaurant ambience. Our neighbors fought a lot. Usually at around 2am and it would go on for about an hour or two. Besides being angry and annoyed, my girlfriend and i were always curious as to what they could possibly be fighting about. I had the idea to record them via a long mic cable stretching down the hallway, strategically hidden behind a few pieces of wood, to their apartment door. My plan was to one day play this from my stereo at a loud volume around 2am. As i later thought this through i realized that this would only disturb my other quiet neighbors and was a fairly selfish act. Anyway, i used a $100 audio-technica stereo mic and recorded it directly into my computer as an. Aiff. They seem to be arguing about a stereo and someone not loving the other. It's rather sad. We no longer live in that building so i have no idea what became of them. I hope they are happier now. Enjoy.

Yes, i'm crazy to stick my head with roland cs10m mics in my ears attached to an olympus ls14 through my back porch door during a hail storm, but what i heard could not be missed. The constant, almost non-stop rull of thunder lends an erie quality to this midnight storm in madison, nj. Got popped on the nose with a couple little stones, but it was worth it.

This is a recording (made with an iphone) of a bird with a cool call. I have no idea what bird it is. . . I'm not an expert on those things. Xd. The cool call starts a few seconds in. :). This is my second "stonerscape" that i've uploaded, the first being "creep jam". This atmosphere gives off a dark and brooding feel, my interpretation of what one may experience in a deep, suspended animation state. This was recorded on july 4th, 2013 in enumclaw, wa. I was not expecting the bomber to fly over and it was a tribute to one of the last surviving members (edward saylor) of the doolittle raid on tokyo on april 18th, 1942. He was in the parade too. I can just imagine the sound of hundreds flying over in ww2. There is a bit of distortion as the plane flew directly overhead. Please comment on what you will use it for. :^).

Whilst sitting outside a starbucks in hollywood, ca, i took notice of a man talking/arguing to a half-empty bottle of coca-cola. What ensued was about 26 minutes of stream-of-consciousness homeless speak. Some of the more coherent passages were about gambling debts in reno, nv. I'm still wrestling with the morality of recording these kinds of things.

I made a good comparison to jacksepticeye's videos and what happens in his house. Took about an hour to make because i was repeatedly adding 250% more gain to the intro(on audio mass) but i added so much that when i downloaded it it came out sounding like just static so i added way less gain. I recommend going to audiomass. Com to try this out if you like.

A creepy sounding effect i made by altering my voice and applying a spooky wind effect in the background. Sadly, i don't remember exactly what i did to get this sound. Contains a high-pitched ringing portion that could perhaps be used for headache, memory loss, intense pain, etc. Have fun!.

Sound is a short clip from a microcassette field recording of my next-door neighbors talking outside. It has a seemingly young girl exclaiming "he looks like a damn prick!" and then some other things i don't remember or couldn't discern. I have no idea what they were talking about. . .

There are many ways to "listen" to a computer. The high frequencies are miles from what a human can hear, so you must divide and mix until you hear the computer "speaking". This one: simply placed the am mf coil close to a data cable to a pci slot. The sharp noise is not noise, but clock signals which are divided x times the rattling is caused by every move with the mouse.

I found a program called "bitmaps & waves" today, and thought i'd take it for a spin, basically, what it does is convert any bitmap image into a waveform that you can hear. I took a clip from the audio i recorded of wax paper crinkling, cut a segment from it, played it backwards, put it on loop, layered it with the original, and this is what i got. There is an somewhat syncopated pattern to the sounds, but the audio is cut off before it makes a full cycle. Enjoy.
