Stereo recording of rain at bogota city, around 5:00 p m on november 2015 at 67th street with 9th av. At the beginning the sound of thunder overload the audio signal because high level of decibels produced for high pressure levels. Recorded with zoom h4n recorder, with x, y mics at 120 degrees. This is an edited field recording that i used in a track of mine. I recorded it at the zoom natural park, near torino, italy. It's actually 4 tracks of waterfalls and birds signing, with a little delay on the birds. It's made to loop around itself unnoticeably. If someone is interested, i'm willing to release the whole field recording. It's 7 tracks, but very little of it is devoid of external noise. Privatedareno2 - 3patches - 3min. A challenge kindly started by alienxxx \(^_^)/. Patch 1: the patch that was… a patch i did yesterday. Got that one for free, so to speak. Patch 2: inspired by distant airplanes. Had this in mind. Now i patched up my idea. The wind (or what you decide to call it) is controlled by alm pip slope. New module – for me. Used an external effect, the zoom ms-70cdr. Patch 3: read about feedback. I decided to do a feedback patch. First i made one using oscillators, but i did not manage to do something nice. So i used filters. The first filters feedback is generating triggers. Oh, yes, and i used my sampler (soundmachines ul1uloop). So three patches. I merged/mixed them together in audacity. All sound unedited. Just normalized and i have applied fade in/out – and mixed them together - as written.

Field-recording of wind in mainly coniferous trees on a cold winter's day in the mountains. This is a residential recording, taken near a playground and a parking lot. Recorded in stereo with the zoom h2n recorder. A crow can be heard flying overhead in the last 30 seconds or so of the recording.

Recorded late summer/early autumn by a lake in rural ontario. I was trying to record the sound of six loons calling to each other, but was interrupted by an aggressive chipmunk who had decided that the lakeside was his and his alone. I recorded anyway. Recorded using an h2n zoom recorder, using the m/s raw setting.

My recording "fizzy water" is much better than this version. Please use it, not this one. I made a video recording of a glass of carbonated water in a tall glass, using an ipad. Then i played it back and recorded it using a zoom h2 stereo recorder. So it got processed through the different media. It produces a nice fizzy sound that some people will find useful.

A man laughing so uncontrollably he begins to have trouble breathing. May or may not be watching pauly shore movie. Hard to tell because you can't hear the movie, but it should be assumed as the man can barely breath from laughing ergo must be a pauly shore film. Recorded on the zoom h6 through a shure super 55 microphone.

Landing boeing 772 airplane flying by at 300 m altitude, observed about 300 m to the side of the flight path (upward looking angle about 45 deg at closest point). Recorded with zoom h2n voicerecorder, normal stereo mode, no compression. Some birds in the environment (natural birds). If you want it to fly the other direction just reverse the stereo.

This is a kind of robotic voice from a man that is produced by the lift when you want to go to a floor downstairs. The sound was recorded with a zoom h4 recorder and putting the recorder near the speaker where the voice was produced. This sound was recorded inside a lift at the tànger building in barcelona.

I was trying to record some "wind" noises with my mouth by blowing at the mics, when i came to close and my beard started to crackle against them. I liked the soudn and i actually used it later on some stuff - it's not a great quality recordning but it might interest someone. Sorry for the "windy" sounds at the start. . . Recorded at tea, a museum in santa cruz de tenerife. I was invited by dancer masu fajardo to create some sound ambients for a dance piece she was doing there, we decided to use only the sounds being created by her body and her interactions with the space. I've spotted two skaters on a pavement and i decided to spend my last few free megabytes on the sounds they were making. The skaters were rolling on a hard pavement made of small square panels. Some creatures chirping at night, with city ambient noise in the background. I don't know if they are birds, or bats, or what. I stayed at my grandmother's place for a few days, where these creatures are heard every night, but no one ever saw them to be able to identify them. Recorded with a zoom h4n portable recorder, on the balcony in my grandmother's apartment.

This a spare recording from a short film i was making. It's a stereos track but all sounds are recorded to the left channel. This was recorded on a zoom h4n and a sennheiser me67. The sound is of a woodland near liskeard, cornwall, uk. There are occasionally cars passing, but mostly it's quite clean - and the cars might be useful for somebody.
