Recorded during the heatwave that the uk endured in 2022 this was a recording made from the garden on august 25th. The recording starts with gentle rain which slowly becomes heavier. Around 25 minutes the first distant rumble can be heard. From 30 minutes onwards. The soothing sounds of thunder and heavy rain. From an hour on the storm moves away and the rain eases.

A sample i made years ago. Pitched way down to create a seamless loop of ambience with two automated notch filters and an automated bandpass filter on flstudio's pmeq2.
