The type of bus i was on was a single decker volvo, by first group, made by the famous wrightbus. In spring as the ice was thawing, i sat beside a rapidly flowing stream. The water rushed quickly over a tiny waterfall sounding cold and quick and light.

A full minute of high density noise produced by cars on a highway, flowing free.

Middle-range noise produced by passing cars on a highway. Distinct cars can be heard.

A one-sided communication. I was right, something was going on. It wasn't at all what you might think, either. Imagine things that are outside of the norm. You'll hit it. . . Have fun.

I processed this sound by placing the cap of an empty small water bottle on my forehead with my palm. I vibrated my palm against the bottle to create the woodpecker sound. I added some reverb to give the illusion that this takes place in a bird sanctuary, or a rainforest.

I changed the synthesizer's ranges and played a bit with reaktor's structures until i realized i was playing with the frequency range. The result is a radically different sound that sounds more like a machine.
