A sound for when there is no sound, just air flowing. Made with large interiors in mind. Recorded an empty room, then stretched the audio, added reverb, and increased bass.

Recording of the sea bashing into rocks at the shore into a little cave system. Used a 4 channel recording set up with two in-ear binaural microphones by soundman and a zoom h4n.

Inside the old copper mine of falun/sweden, ca. 60m below ground, during a public tour. The recorder is situated near a subterranean waterfall, the crowd of tourists visiting the mine can be heard in the distance.

I removed the aerator from the kitchen faucet and didn't get it turned off. My coffee cup filled and this sound resulted. I thought, sounds a little like water falling into a pool in a cave; so i added reverb to this file. Iphone and external mike. Reverb in audacity.

808 drum sounds played through an orange amplifiers "micro crush" miniamp recorded for stereo ambiance in the original batcave. These work well as drum layers under more conventional sounds, and in other creative ways. Recording assisted by steve and mikro.

Recorded with an small olympus recorder set on the ground next to an open package of crackers. This medium-large dog has a long mouth (like a echoing cave) and all her teeth, which makes for some hearty crunching sounds. Sound recording of a two tier mini waterfall into my small fish pond. Recorded with a tascam dr-07 mk ii. 24 bit, 44. 1 khz, stereo. First 10 seconds is the raw recording. Note the 60 hz hum due to the water pump being just under the water fall splash area. The last 20 seconds is the processed audio using ableton live 8 affects rack and the following affects. 1. Notch filter – 60 hz applied two times. 2. Lp filter –knee at 1 khz3. Hp filter-knee at about 3. 2 khz4. Granular delay – bubbling sound5. Chorus audio effect-snap, crackly sound. 6. Reverb-cave echo affect-high wet/dry7. Utility- for stereo width.

Early spring thunderstorm in north central oklahoma recorded on 05/02/2018 starting at about 9:30 pm cdt. Recorded in the middle of the country by placing a mic outside the man cave window of my house. The storm starts with light rain and some medium distance thunder. At about 4:00 mins the wind starts to pick up and by 5 mins the wind sound drowns out everything else (50-60 mph gusts). By 6:00 mins the wind is fading as the storm front passes. By 9:00 mins it’s just soft rain and occasional thunder. At about 13:00 mins, the thunder starts picking up a bit. At about 17:00 mins it starts raining harder again, with occasional thunder, until the end. A couple of human noises were edited out, and noise reduction was applied.

Approaching army? rising nightmare?. Wrote/recorded an eerie nightmare approaching in the distance sound. The sound starts soft and builds to a crescendo. Ezdrummer2 was used w/ a low pass eq filter. Panned left is ableton stock plugin glass cave mirror. Panned right is polar pad. Center is the ezdrummer2 w/ a low pass eq filter combined with the all alone pad stock plugin.
