I recorded several different guitar riffs played on an eastern, egyptian music scale and then multi-tracked the recordings. Polished the rendered audio a bit with reverbs as well.

A recording of a beautiful rufous-sided towhee made in very early spring in a brushy area near a small lake. Record with my zoom, h4n recorder and utilizing its very good built-in stereo microphones.

This was a quote from a gogo dancer asking a question, but got mixed up halfway the sentence, making it quite funny:. "do you want me to dance with me?".

These sounds were created from xpand!'s sitar sound font and musescore's clave sound font. They were used in an ambient track simulating the sounds of exploring an ancient egyptian tomb. This could be used as a transition, when discovering treasure or a secret passage, or any number of events that need an egyptian or middle-eastern flavor. Took a violin bow to a chinese guzheng and the results were pretty great. Good for ambience, drones and creepy stuff. Recorded with blue spark and blue bluebird condenser mics through a scarlett 6i6 interface. Uncut with a small glue compressor to minimize spikes.

Fith attempt of uploading this 20 min beach sequence. Tried to upload this in wav (approx 650mb, 24/96) but somehow. . . Recorded with tascam dr-05 plus diy deadcat (and the kitten works as you can hear. . . ). So here we go as an mp3 (neil young would say we´ve only get five percent).
