Skype interference or feedback sound effect. Its the sound your computer makes if your speakers are too loud. What happens is that your computer plays the sound coming from the person on the other side and then it plays over there and then plays back on your computer, it builds up in waves. Just turn your sound down and it should go away.

When the conversion started i wanted to see what it looked like so far and this is what i got out of it. I didn't want to delete it because it sounded so cool. . . . Squeaky audio cable-to-speaker incomplete connection. One end is plugged into a speaker and the other is not plugged into anything. The squeaking sound is made from my fingers touching the tip and sides of the metal tip of the non-connected end of the cable. The variation of sound and pitch is from moving my fingers up and down the metal tip in different speeds, angles, and placements.

It's a recording i have made accidentally during a rock band's rehearsal. The zoom h2 was used as a microphone for vocalist. I have accidentally caused some feedback squealing. When i managed to get rid of it i said "pardon". This sound made me laugh. Recorded with a zoom h2 plugged into a guitar amplifier. Normalized and converted to flac using audacity. Enjoy.

Pedal-based noise created from an internal feedback loop. Wah, distortion, flanger, sirkut gnarler, and other pedals. Near the middle the flanger (dod fx75b) and gnarler in combination made a really weird noise like a fast, looped recording of a zummarah or some other wind instrument. . .

This sound was the result of a scary accident. I was looking at the view in the webcam of an open doorway leading into a dark hallway in my house, when suddenly this haunting feedback faded in and looped repeatedly, until i pulled the volume down. It was unexpected, and quite unnerving. I had to laugh about it once i realized what had happened. But that first moment had me expecting some ghostly apparition to come in from the darkness. Anyhow, it's just an accidental feedback loop. I've had it in my archives for about 20 years now. I thought it might be useful to someone else. Enjoy!.

Sound is an ibanez fz-7 fuzz fed back into itself into a nanoverb delay. The feedback creates a sound somewhat like a droning saxophone at times. Peak reduction done in goldwave, otherwise unprocessed.
