I sold my giant couch, and two professional movers came to pick it up. Before they moved it, they whipped out a huge roll of clear plastic, and expertly passed it around and around the sofa until the whole thing was wrapped. The noise the wrapping made was astonishingly loud and echoey in our place, and sounded very. . . Uh. . . Science fiction-y. Recorded on my samsung note 20 phone, and some movers' mumbles included, so not desperately high quality -- but maybe someone can use part of it for a wizard rending the space time continuum with a sharpened wormhole, or some such. :-).

My dog and the nieghbour's dog don't like each other. While i was asleep they went to the fence and from the calmness they barked and growled at each other. The neighbour's dog who has sharper voice tore some pieces of the wooden fence on the nieghbour's side but the another layer of the fence is iron and cannot be toren apart by them. It annoyed me i couldn't find this atmosphere anywhere here, so i decided to build this for you: remember the classic "thunder rolls then a wolf howls" sound bed used on so many kids' shows back in the 1970's? well, here you go! this is uses the classic thunderclap by a freesound user whose name i can't remember but will ad when i do remember, some more classic moaning wind by me, a retro wolf howl performed by yours truly with added reverb on top. Binaural stereo recording of howling wind heard from indoors.

This is a recording of my dog leroy simulating begging as instigated by my wife. I used the tascam dr-07 mkii. There's plenty of editing that could be done with this so i loaded the entire rough draft. Hope you like it!.

In cabin. Train wheels grinding the rails, odd wind howling makes a melody. Water bottles stored under the cabin seats make soft sounds. Recorded with tascam dr-40. I've only used the internet to facilitate human contacts. Being with actual people in actual places has always been the goal. I like it when, in the presence of real people, we don't speak for a while. We just do something that we've agreed to do together in silence. There is an agreement and we don't have to think about who we are, how we can be who we are or what it all means. Doing becomes meaning.

Recorded on an early march morning at a ranch in the rocky mountains of colorado with a zoom h2 using the internal mics. A group of about twenty sled dogs greet a visitor enthusiastically. The higher barks and yips are the siberian huskies and the lower howls and moans are the alaskan malamutes. The dogs were excited and getting ready for a sled ride, their favorite activity (after eating).
