I foudd this frequency, between 4450 and 4475 khz whilst going through channels on radiosdr. Org. It sounds a bit like a printer and then lower down sounds like a laser. Sorry for the sound of me pressing the keyboard, my laptop has an internal microphone so this was picked up.

There was some sort of running event going on, so you can hear the footsteps of lots of runners and the crowds cheering them on. So this is actually a heavily edited sound of me making a weird mouth noise. It sounds like it oddly fits a video game jump, or just something game-ish perhaps. Do you ever have a paper bag lunch, but you were raised with a lack of funds-- you have, a lack of money as some would say, but you have no proper way to take your discomfort for the severely unsatisfying, unappealing lunch you have to eat every single day. So, you take it out on your perfectly fine and well crafted, paper-bag sustenance. This is it, this is this feeling represented in wav form. 48000 hz/ 16 bit.

You know that high pitch beep you hear after something super loud, like an explosion? here's a five second effort to reproduce that sound. It fades out towards the end like the person either comes back to themselves or passes out. There's probably some on freesound already but i couldn't find them so i just made my own in audacity.

This is the sound of cold winter wind finding its way through the gaps in our living room window. The recording has been edited to remove long stretches of silence, and has had some light noise reduction applied. The noise floor is still quite high though, so maybe best to put this one fairly low in the mix. Recorded using a zoom h2 with its rear mics activated.

This is an extended version of my previous entry recording of the radio patch from the houston fbi field office i recorded from my police scanner. They do a radio check test every thursday night. They call various federal agencies around the houston area in the new p25 digital radio system, not analog. Some of the agencies respond, some do not. Recorded with a zomm h2 on 90degree, 2 meters away from goldie. . . I lowered the peaks to get a better normalization of the whole atmosphere. Goldie lives in the alluvial forrest in leipzig, mostly seperated.

Decided to record myself drinking from my water bottle, turned out good enough so here it is! can be used for anything like simply drinking, or swallowing or the like. This is another loop i made with some software i'm cooking up for unity (to allow users to make short loops like this and embed them in their games without necessarily rendering them to wav/mp3's first). A mid-sized waterfall flowing into a gentle stream. This is near the road by the grand prismatic spring in yellowstone. The timbre of this smaller fall is higher than the roar of the large waterfall. And you can just make out the gurgling of the stream. But, in general, this kind of thing sounds a bit like static. Sorry it's so short, there was a lot of wind and people talking. At closest to target it was recorded from about 33ft away from mower at farthest range about 40ft away. If you wanted the mower to be heard from an inside area you could add a high pass filter to the recording. Please note this wasn't taken with the average household mower it was taken with a heavy duty lawn mower used for cutting large areas of grass so it doesn’t have the same sound as a regular mower.

I needed a sound fx of a dog scratching itself for a 3d animation, so i did this foley recording. First i tapped a bunch of keys to simulate the tags jingling. Then i scratched my pants to the timing of first track. Feel free to use this for any purpose, including commercial use. A stereo wav recording from a zoom h1n during a thunderstorm today. One siren picks up followed by several more producing a convincing stereo image. I have done a basic bass roll-off, but have left it otherwise untouched. If you have a spectral editor you can probably clean out more of the noise, but i couldn't do so and keep the sirens sounding good.

I had normal two-way radio contact in morse code on 8om band. Suddenly a flock of jays flew, they sat on boughs near open window of my bungalow and their acoustic noise terribly interferred my contact. So i must say that not only electronic interference and noise are possible. Record: nokia 6230i in location jn79nd near jindrichuv hradec.

This is a casio sk-1 i did around a year ago or so from reeds book plus a video out and 18 on board rca jacks with another 25 pin dpi that can run through a breakbox. Noise and bent sounds as usual. Crashes alot. Oh and it's not the hardest "mother of bends" serious, i wore socks and everything. : ).

A recording of strong spring wind gusts through a stand of mature, tall white pines in a midwest forest. I used my handy zoom h4n recorder, and i used my rode nt2 shotgun microphone, cable-tied to a sapling. No kidding, i forgot my sturdy tripod, so i improvised using some bungee cords that i carry with me, tied the shotgun to a sapling and this is what i recorded.

This is the sound of the broken fan at the bathroom in my friends house. It sounds a lot like a cricket, but i can assure you it’s a machine- once again this was straight off my phone so sorry if the quality is pretty bad. I hope this can still be of use to you.
