My fmc002 submission!. For this, i generated several sounds from audiopaint (free software) and spectrobits (free vsti), two image->sound synthesis softwares. These sounded interesting but i wasn't sure how to use them. Then i made a drum beat, synth bassline, and some other stuff, rendered the song, used paulstretch to stretch the song out 4x, put it back in the project, added even more stuff to other tracks (mostly timestretched versions of my own samples), rendered the result, brought that render back into the daw, and then reversed it. A lot of effects and automation were also used during all 3 stages of the track's creation. Further, each time i rendered, i used the same mastering chain, so eq and other stuff is being applied multiple times. This brings out some surprising timbres and overtones. Really, the final recording sounds nothing like the sounds i began with.

The story begins by a music that i found. A open door, heels, then silence, a chair, computer sounds with mouse, retake of music and close of the door. , who is the ending of music too. To produce that, i choose audacity; i take recorded moments of life. For the technique, i choose a fade in and fade out for the music and the recorded sounds fit well together. For the moments of silence, when the work begins, i only let the recorded sound talk without music. I choose to work with two mono audio tracks: on for the music and the other for the daily sounds. A simple piece of synth pop by producer mesostic with stepped pads, bass, melody and four on the floor beats. Made on Ableton Live with freeware softsynths and included Ableton instruments and shared copyright free for any use from educational to commercial. The stems have also been shared. Track 1 uses the free MiniSpillage drum softsynth. Track 2 uses the free OB-Xd softsynth for the pads. Track 3 uses Ableton's Analog softsynth for the bass line.
