Thought this would make the perfect, very unique style to use drums as filler background music during a very important statement or speech. This track is a little over two minutes long and has just enough soft beats to not distract the listener to what is being said. This was recorded using a yamaha keyboards guitarpop style drum rhythm, audacity & a little improvisation. I must admit. . . I like what i hear and i think - so will you!. No acknowledgement to me is necessary but maybe a shout-out to yamaha would seem in order.

This is a simple sequence with chords - emaj, d#m and c#maj where i played on my midi keyboard "novation lanchkey mini" with using arturia vintage collection vst plugin - yamaha dx7, type - electronic organ and adding delay effect and reverberation. Sound like synth-wave or retro-wave stile, moderato, quietly and gently. Lounge. You can be using it for your needs, podcasts, samples, different projects, or just like alarm sound on your phone. A french accordion sound. I was looking for an accordion sound to create a french or parisian atmosphere. Couldn't find one, so i created this, using the accordion voice on a yamaha keyboard. Loopable. Fairly generic melody. No attribution required. Enjoy!.

A simple bass lick recording which i used on the demo of my master thesis. Yamaha trb5pii (maple top), slightly balanced favouring pickup bridge, fingerstyle, fingers placed over pickup bridge, all other controls centered. Straight into focusrite scarlett 2i2 into audacity.

I recorded this at costco in federal way, wa and it is 3 freezer motors running consecutively. I was also walking along the freezers to try to get a stereo effect but don't think it worked too well. But if anyone can use it then go for it :^)i used a 'yamaha pocketrak c24'.

These are random samples i recorder and am such a lazy i don't want to sort them out. . . . 1 - could be my modified boss ds-1 distortion pedal (i call it the violent ds - 1) (w/ 3 extra capacitors and a transistor or two) going throught it is a boss dr 550. 2 - a yamaha portasound pss - 270 which i cut the fm synth traces too via switch (that was a pain in my ass also!). 3 - a very scary leap frog kids toy named professor quigly. 4 - a speak and math. . . . . . . 5 - sum yamaha thingy i don't know i just call it my raver machine. . . . . . It looks kinda like a cool t. V.

The last performance at the circus ended hours ago, all the performers are fast asleep resting up for the following days schedule. . . Well except for one particular clown. I created this with my yamaha keyboard and a roland vs840 digital studio workstation back in the 90's.

Recorded on a pearl drumset. Only one of the tams, the bassdrum and the hi-hat is played. Recorded in a practising room located at the the former base for the american military in iceland. Recorded through a yamaha preamp. Sound altered slghty in cubase, adding reverb as well as compression to the file. Enjoy !.

Yamaha tx81z initialized with mild adjustments, run through a korg ea-1. Mixed with a behringer, with fx sends going to a chorus pedal and a distortion pedal. Sampled with the mpc. Sounds similar to dirty guitar or an electric violin. 44. 1k, 16-bit.

A casio pt-1 rhumba loop, 4 times and already cut loopable. Recorded with a yamaha 12xuk mixer. No fx applied. I made this because i needed it for a project and since i love this rhumba rhythm i like to share it. Around 60bmp.

Old yamaha drum kit recorded through a qfx shoebox taperecorder's built in mic. Then i played the tape and recorded a voicenote on a samsung galaxy note s1. I like the grain and texture so hopefuly helps for your lo-fi intended tracks.

A bass made with one oscillator and drums from yamaha qy-10. Mixed in a noisy mixer. The qy-10 is also acting as sequencer. The bass sound is made on my modular. 101% analog. Including reverb and delay. Yep, now i have got a midi to cv module.

The soundscape is created by using behringers pro-1 and crave. I recorded into logic via a yamaha mixer and steinbergs ur22 mk1. In logic i destroyed the sound completely with a bunch of effects. Effects used: space delay, microphaser, a vocoder and of course my beloved bitcrusher. Did some equalizing too.

This is a new sprayer we bought and it's nice to be able to relieve the pressure by turning a small, built-in valve. Similar to a compression relief valve on engines, i suppose. This is a looping sound effect. Timing got screwy while making it so i dont have a bpm or even a time sig. Made it with an old yamaha synth and a mac. Makes me kind of nervlous when i lissen to it so it might work good whe you wanna confuze somebody or make them cautious.

Acoustic drums playing a groove reminiscent of abba's dancing queen, but at a slower tempo, 94bpm. Recorded with a zoom h2n in xy configuration slightly behind the drum set throne. Drums are yamaha stage custom (birch wood shells), except for the bass drum (a 16x12 inch kick from a millenium youngster kit).

This is from my royal typewriter that i picked up at the thrift store for 5 bucks. It works great and i use it quite a bit to write letters with. I love the feel and sound of the keys. This is one of the v-shaped hand exerciser's that you squeeze together. I use it every day as i also play the drums. My physical therapist says it's also good for the shoulder. Thunderstorm aftermath. Sounds of a thunderstorm about 10 minutes after it left the area. So low rumbles and rain dripping. The sound was recorded using a yamaha audiogram6 connected to a radioshack brand vocal microphone. Sampling was done at 44,100hz and the data was recorded using audacity. I recorded everything as a wav file and then uploaded it the same.
