The florida grand prix runs every spring in the waterfront streets of st. Petersburg florida. I was standing in a blocked off street (so i wouldn't get run over) about 500 feet from the passing grand prix cars. These were the trial runs on friday, march 28, 2014. It's a 3 day event that attracts tens of thousands of race enthusiasts each year. This is the first event of the annual national series and it's said to be the favorite street course with race drivers. I've been looking for a similar effect for quite a few years and no one has built one. So, using a simple synth and bass drop worked wonders for what i needed. The sound effect is from the matrix and is the sound heard near the beginning when the police are attempting to arrest trinity, just before the agents get upstairs. My keurig coffee maker has been sounding a little rough so i decided to record it with my zoom h1n this morning as it made me a cup of coffee. It's the entire cycle with the general noise of a kitchen. Mainly you can hear my 20 year old fridge humming in the background during the quit parts of the keurig cycle. Don't plan on using it for anything, so have fun with it. The audio from when the coffee starts to pour into my cup is on the left side, so that was pretty cool to listen too on the headphones when i played it back.

This is my own kaiju i made last year, i first start with the concepts. And now getting to the part on the sound on what will it sound like, so i watch any behind the scenes on how any kaijus like godzilla sound where made. So i use wooden chairs i found around my house slowly drag it that makes these noises, after every sound recorded, i go with a empty tuna fish can and after washing it, it makes a interesting sound, so i recorded that as well and mix both of those sounds together which makes this. I was looking at the view in the webcam of an open doorway leading into a dark hallway in my house, when suddenly this haunting feedback faded in and looped repeatedly, until i pulled the volume down. A reflective ambiance of a now dry swamp, slowing down awaiting the arrival of full-on autumn, then winter. You hear the wind sifting through the branches of the oaks, and hickories and maples, the chattering of woodpeckers, and, since this is the time of year of the harvest, you hear the often dropping of acorns, and hickory nuts, and pieces of hickory nuts and acorns, as the squirrels 30 feet above the swamp get sloppy with their lunch. In 's-hertogenbosch in holland we have carnival every year. This is a recording in the centre of the city. A recording of several 'dweilorkesten' that is a band that plays musing in the street. 'literal' translation is 'mop band or mopping band'. The go trough the streets like someone mopping the floor. This recording at the market-place is made with hundreds of people around. The ambience here is totally different from other places in the town and the world. It complete different than the south american carnival. Recorded: march 7th 2011, markt, 's-hertogenbosch, holland. One of my favorite spots to hike in illinois has this quite long, and beautiful and rock-lined beautiful creek. Now, even though this creek is in heavy forest, which often leads to very low water levels during the summer, this creek is spring fed so it always has a beautiful ribbon of pure water running 12 months out of the year. I've spent many minutes and countless hours beside this living, breathing water-course pondering the beauty of nature, and reflecting back on my childhood. A childhood filled with much love and many creek adventures. This stereo recording was made on november 23, 2014 in grays harbor washington during a rare thunderstorm. The clip contains rain falling on a wooden deck and recurring peals of thunder both near and far. This original recording was made using a zoom h-6 handy recorder with zoom stereo xy microphone. The track was edited in audacity 2. 0. 6 to remove a few artifacts. Total run time for this wav file is: 8:29. This is my first upload. I am hearing impaired and new to field audio recording. I am fascinated by this art form and hearing sounds that i haven’t been able to hear in twenty years. I would greatly appreciate your feedback on the quality of my work and, if you choose to use this in a project, the end use you have in mind.

Recorded with my squier telecaster and squire mini-bass through the focusrite interface into reaper. A nod to kenny gioia for the reaper tips. The guitar was sent through the walrus slo pedal on 'dream' setting. Also added a pitch change to compliment some of the guitar parts. The bass was double tracked for better sound. Bass amp is a behringer bxl1800. Comments welcome. Bartolome calatayud was born in 1882 on the island of mallorca, received in 1899 the diploma of honor 1st class granted by the workers instructive center palma for his "superior musical knowledge in guitar playing". Although less famous in the classical guitar world, bartolome calatayud has left much enjoyable and exciting music written for classical guitarists of all abilities. He taught many pupils in majorca during his final years. He died in 1973 at the age of 91.
