The chordephon is a mechanical zither, the strings in the excitement with a hole disc is controlled (hole plate zither). The leading manufacturers in the area of the hole plate zithers was the company claus & co. In leipzig. I recorded this for a pinball game i worked on. It's a sound of a marble dropping onto a table and then rolling around for a bit, finishing in the marble dropping into a hole (falling onto the carpet). It's meant to simulate the sound of a pinball being put into play on a pinball table. Enjoy!.
