Some raw and dirty random samples of a small, out of tune yamaha pianino (upright piano) at a friends flat. There's noise of my laptop and there even might be some traffic noise in the background. Also no string scratching etc. In this pack. Nevertheless i thought it might be better to share the samples, than to have them just rot on a drive. I suggest throwing them into your software or hardware sampler of choice, manipulate them and listen what you come up with. Cut in ocenaudio. No noise-reduction or other processing has been applied. All surface to air fireworks are illegal but, due to covid-19 cabin fever, people just didn't care this year. This recording is almost 99% voice free. There was a couple on a balcony that are barely heard muttering something in just a minute or two of this recording. For the most part, it's clean. I kept the peaks very low to maintain a natural sound. All of my sounds recordings are provided free of all charges. This is a hot-humid july ambiance recorded at midday in the shawnee national forest in illinois. The predominant bird you hear is an eastern towhee. His call literally sounds like he is thirsty and tired of the heat of summer!this woods recording has the feel of slow motion summer, but still with the exciting and subtle knowledge that, things are starting to give way to autumn, and indoor schedules and long shadows. . Recorded thursday july 21, 2022. Equipment: zoom f3 and lom usi pro microphones. Recording in deep hardwood forest containing many hickory trees, beech trees and a lot of oak trees. A magical place.
