This is the new traffic signal in town. We watched the stephen hawking show on pbs last night as they tried to filter out voices from space and i thought this would make a good alien voice trying to contact us. Recorded on my yamaha pocketrak with one track duplication and edited with sony vegas. Please comment on what you may use it for. Thanks. :^).

Production step :this sound is from a sound recording of a key hiting an iron bar. I take just one sound from my reccording and copy/paste in a new track. I amplify the sound and do a low pass filter. I copy paste my track and create another one just above. I move this new track for create a gap between the two tracks. On the second track i supress some of the beat for create a rythm. On the second track i change the pitch, for making a sound more high-pitched. Description :this sound looks like the ring of a bell tower. The rythm change every two bars who makes him unique and not settled. This sound is, for me, a reference of the track begining of dark techno music. Typologie de schaeffer :. This piece sounds kinda exotic because i used the second half of harmonic e-minor scale. So some people could use this combination (descending harmonic scale) before (even now i can remember two examples. ).

These are samples from the new korg electribe emx2 music production station not the best recording quality but some nice sounds anyway the weird naming is due to the autoslice function in renoise wich i used to separate the samples from a one shot recording.

To me the final effect sounded like a haunted space ship. I began with a 10 second sample of ordinary speech then lowered the pitch, stretched the wave pattern, added echo and reverb. Then i copied portions of the wave pattern to a new track and mixed the two into a mono track. Did this several times while also using noise reduction and normalization.

This is a recording made in the room of my apartment in italy in the province of rieti while i was trying my new drone that i have for a few days, "dji phantom 4 pro". This recording was done with the digital stereo microphone connected to my iphone 12 pro. I notice that in this recording, at first there is some wind noise caused by the drone itself.
