A little patch hard to balance. It's a meditative timbre practice. . . A en envelope generator in quadrature mode is controlling the amplitude. Download and take a look at the wave - close. Nice!.

Patch on my doepfer a-100 modular synthesizer. Recorded in early 2015 using my google nexus 5 with a class-compliant audio-interface and the soundcloud app. I called it "babysteps" at the time. Denoised with audacity. Cut and normalized using ocenaudio. It's always nice to hear what projects you use these sounds for. Let me know. ;-). You can also check out my pond5 profile. A simple multi-sampled synthetic spacebass pack, containing 25 samples, derived from 2 octaves of a home made soft-synth patch. The original quality was 24 bits with a sample rate of 88. 2khz, which i converted with a very good src to 16 bits and 44. 1khz. Not that is was that important after all considering the fact that the patch itself has a grainy character in the higher frequencies. . . No compressing, equalizing whatsoever involved, the panning is pretty wide tho, with left and right sounding rather different, but in stereo it still feels pretty balanced i think.

A krell patch and short sample and hold tones. Okay even the krell gets pitch cv from a sample and hold. The short sample and hold tones are panned with help of chaos. I use two nlc sloth lfos to control the panning. The speed of the short sample and hold tones are controlled by two mixed lfos from bmc 2lfosh. Reverb from spring reverb and delay from an anlog delay stomp box. Please suggest some tags i should have used. . . !.

Patch on a large modular analog synth, mainly doepfer but with some sputnik and intellijel modules. Sounds very arp 2600-ish, a soundcape reminiscent of birdsong and tweets. Mainly tuned filters seeded with pink noise.

I let both the vco (intellijel μvcf) and the uoki-toki polivoks vcf play a little melody, the same. The vcf is in self-oscillation and cv1 at 100%. It does not track perfectly, but could be useful.

In this patch i’m using doepfer a-160 clock divider as a sub bas generator. Square wave out from doepfer a-110 to trig in on a-160. I guess a square wave makes it easier for a-160? /4, in this patch, out to uvcf. The sawtooth from a-110 to another nice filter - the wasp filter. The transient modules 8s sequencer gives us an 8 note sequence. A copy of the sawtooth melody is going to an analog delay stomp box from joyo and back to the synth. Some reverb from a-199 sprv, spring reverb. Https://www. Youtube. Com/watch?v=ssrlq42phvi.

Test of how uoki-toki polivoks vcf handles sin-wave. I tune the module i use as sin-oscillator (intellijel μvcf) to ca 270hz. I connect it to uoki-toki polivoks vcf. I let a sin lfo sweep the filter, cv1 pot at ca 70%.

The deep, low octave sound effect popularised by eric serra for the goldeneye film score. It is available on the e-mu proteus 2 fx synth module under the patch "infinite". Alternatively, you can make a similar sound by sampling a woodblock/tambourine/cowbell and then pitching it down heavily (with added reverb).

No it didn't. Well cool patch anyway? it's what i like. Small variations on a simple theme. Sloth lfos and a jerk off (both from nlc) are the engine. Yes and a comparator. Using an or/gate-combiner to create a trigger-ish for quadra to react on. Analog delay and spring reverb. Why did i do this patch from the very beginning? when the voltage on x from sloth reaches a specific value a trigger is generated and i sample the value on y and uses to select pitch on an oscillator. The one playing the long tones. Chaos creates my variations. Sh1t, now when i've stopped recording cool thing are happening. Promise. . .

Electronic minute no 27 - combined forces. A patch with 2 unrelated patchesthey share an lfo. . . A) 2 lfos playing with a-101-1 vactrol vcfthe filter is feed with a square wave. B) a more advanced patchtriggers from env. Follow. Feed with cv from jerkoff (chaos)noise to a slew controlled by a sloth lfos/h to oscosc to vcathe vca is controlled by the same lfo as the slew but inverted!. Evaluation of patch/soundone cycle is - cycles? about 1min - goodonly short sounds - no, and thats goodamplitude variation - fairly goodpitch variation - yes, goodtimbre variation - not bad at allmusical value - i should consider this musicalentertaining - think so, yes.
